Rebecca has been certified since 1995 as a Clinical Hypnotist with further training in and Guided Imagery, and is the owner of Charleston Hypnosis in Mount Pleasant, SC. She has over 15 years of experience helping hundreds of clients help themselves
through hypnosis in private consultations.
Rebecca has created these originally scripted hypnosis programs that are simple to use yet effective in helping you change. She will be recording additional
programs in the future so please bookmark this page and visit it often.
To use these programs simply find a quiet place where you will be uninterrupted. Listen once a day for the first two weeks for the best results, and as
needed after that. Listen anytime, but for convenience, you can listen when you get in bed at night and just drift to sleep. Your subconscious mind hears
everything for the first half hour of sleep. Another easy time to listen is just as you are waking in the morning. Each program is about thirty minutes of
spoken word combined with relaxing music.
