ANXIETY & PANIC RELIEF

I have had excellent success with assisting clients who have had problems with
anxiety! Hypnosis is widely acknowledged now as a viable tool you can learn to help with anxiety (see quotes below.) After years of working with clients on this
subject, I see a common thread. I believe most people who suffer from anxiety or panic are already doing a form of self-hypnosis. This is
when you are thinking, worrying or making pictures in your mind of something undesirable happening. The result of creating an intense, negative picture in
your mind of some kind of trauma or strife is that your reaction to your inner experience is so intense that the body has a physiological response to this
perceived danger.
Hypnosis teaches you to to learn to have a relaxation response to stressful situations. It helps you to take control of your beliefs and thoughts that
are generating the anxious feelings and begin to focus on how you want to feel and think. It is not a replacement for your will power but it helps
align your consicious and subconscious mind to achieve a desired result...and make it a whole lot easier to achieve!
Hypnosis has traditionally been sought after for fears related to public speaking, test taking and a number of phobias including driving and flying.
Most people who have "panic attacks" are already very adept at, what I describe as "negative hypnosis." In turn, this causes "fight-or flight" symptoms such as body tension, shallow breathing, and adrenaline flow which are experienced in an
anxiety or panic attack .
Through hypnosis, you can learn to take control of your thoughts and release anxiety and panic. Here are some of the areas where anxiety can be common and
has been successfully addressed with hypnosis:
Driving * Flying * OCD * Panic * Bedwetting * Thumbsucking
Fears/Phobias *
Public Speaking * Study/Exams

I am very grateful for Rebecca teaching me how to get over my fear of freeway driving. She is very knowledgeable, skilled, and professional about her occupation.
Today, after ten years, I am more independent, accident free, and I have no fear of driving! I believe the hypnosis techniques have also helped me in
other areas of my life as I feel I can accomplish anything I set out to do!

If you think you have an anxiety disorder, the first person you should see is your family doctor. A physician can determine whether the symptoms that
alarm you are due to an anxiety disorder, another medical condition, or both.
